Supporting Function of the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors

External Audit

In order to assure the public that the Company’s Financial Report has been presented in accurate, appropriate, and in line with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (IFAS), the Financial Report shall be audited by independent external party that is the External Auditor. Therefore, the opinion on the Company’s Financial Report can be presented in a more objective manner.

In performing the duties, the External Auditor shall be given the rights by the Company to access the entire Company’s data, both financial data as well as other data. The External Auditor selected by the Company, should have the following criteria:

  1. Have a good reputation and track record.
  2. Previous experience in auditing infrastructure industry.
  3. Unaffiliated both directly or indirectly with the Board of Commissioners, the Board of Directors, and other parties which may control the Company as well as other parties with interests to the Company’s business activities.
  4. Registered as a Public Accounting Firm at the Financial Services Authority (OJK).

For external audit purposes of FY 2015 Company Financial Report, the Company has directly appointed the Public Accounting Firm Purwantono, Sungkoro & Surja, a member of Ernst & Young Global Limited to be the External Auditor. The auditor reports an unqualified opinion for FY 2015 Company’s Financial Report which means that it is presumed to be free from material misstatements including those of Company’s consolidated financial position and its subsidiaries as of December 31, 2015 along with the financial performance and consolidated cashflow for the year ended on the aforementioned date.
