Danni Hasan is an Indonesian citizen. After earning a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering in 1996, he obtained a Master of Science degree in Industrial Management from Adamson University, Philippines. He then began his career at multinational companies in the mining and service industry, such as PT Akzo Coatings Indonesia (1988-1990), Asmera Oil (Indonesia) Ltd. (1990-1992), and Sigma Batara (1992-1995). In 1995-2001, he assumed greater responsibility at PT Centris Multi Pratama as Chief Financial Officer in charge of designing the company's financial policies and strategies for companies and subsidiaries, planning and budgeting, and communicating with investors and creditors. At the same company, he was appointed as President Director for the period of 2001-2007.

Danni Hasan joined PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk as Director of Business Development and Investment in 2007. He has a significant role in business development, including structuring, business activities, mergers and acquisitions, corporate strategy, partnerships, and strategic alliances with various global companies. Moreover, he also played a role in expanding the company's infrastructure investment.

Since 2013, he served as the President Director of the Company. In 2015, he completed courses from University of Pennsylvania The Wharton School in Global Strategic Leadership Program and Mergers & Acquisitions Program. With 25 years of experience in management and finance, he was able to bring the Company to become one of the leading private toll road managers in Indonesia.
