Francis Emmanuel Dalupan Rojas is a Philippines citizen. He earned Bachelor of Business Management from Ateneo de Manila University in 1994 and Master of Business Management from Institute of Management in 1990. He was appointed as Director at the Company based on Deed No. 2 dated July 6, 2020. Prior to working at the Company, he held several positions including Vice President of Business Development at PT Metro Pacific Tollways Corporation (2013-present) and Senior Director at Ernst and Young Philippines (2001-2007).
