Helda M. Manuhutu, earned her Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Airlangga University, Surabaya, in 1996 and several certifications in human resources management such as World Class Human Resources Certified Human Resources Management from Husin Intelligence Group (2015) and Certified Human Resources Manager from American Certification Institute (2015).

Helda has experience in various business pillars of the Unilever Indonesia for approximately 15 years. Her expertise is in Talent Management, Reward & Recognition, Learning & Capability Building, Organizational Design & Development, Employee Relations & Industrial, both in the operational and strategic areas.

Since 2013, she has been entrusted as Corporate HR/GA/IT General Manager responsible for developing an effective and efficient organization development in terms of structure, governance, human resources and leadership ability up to business level, developing general affairs of management system, procurement policy procedures as well as efficient and effective tools to support business demands according to business targets, and developing IT strategy and execution in accordance with business demand, besides optimizing office support operation in IT infrastructure.
