M. Ramdani Basri is an Indonesian citizen. In 2002, he completed a Public Policy course at the University of Indonesia and earned a Master of Science degree. Then, in 2012, he won an Executive Education title in Economic Infrastructure from Harvard Kennedy School, United States.

PT Margautama Nusantara was founded by Muhammad Ramdani Basri. Aside from being the initiator of the Company, he also serves as President Director of PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk (NI), which is the largest shareholder of the Company.

Due to his expertise as a leader, NI was able perform admirably. In addition, together with the entire management of the Company, he oversees and provides direction for the Board of Directors to turn the Company into a leading toll road manager in Indonesia.
