Michio Katayama is a Japanese citizen. He earned Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Waseda University in 1983. He was appointed as Director at the Company based on Deed No. 1 dated May 4, 2020. Prior to working at the Company, he held several positions in Japan Highway Public Corporation (1983), East Nippon Expressway Co., Ltd. (NEXCO-East) (2005), as Senior Director of International Department (2011), President of NEXCO-Engineering Hokkaido Co., Ltd. (2017), President of Japan Expressway International Co., Ltd. (JEXWAY) (2019).
