Nelson Najera Delos Reyes is a Philippines citizen. He holds Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering graduated from University of Santo Tomas, Manila and he finished the Master of Science majoring Management Engineering in 2001 graduated in University of Santo Tomas, Manila. He also holds a Master of Science of Civil Engineering in Structural Engineering graduated from University of Philippines Diliman.

He has more than 27 years of experience in Engineering, and has been involved in various kinds of development and projects. Mr. Reyes was appointed in 2018 as the led the construction of various projects in NLEX including the construction of a 2.6km elevated expressway and 8.2km SFEX with two bridges and 1 tunnel and currently lead in all design services in NLEX Project.
