Survey of Makassar Toll Road User
In a move to ensure that toll roads are maintained well and expended to meet the growing traffic, management of PT BMN-JTSE conducted the fourth annual customer satisfaction survey in the period of 6 - 17 December 2017 with a total of 300 respondents. Since 2014, the survey is used to measuring the success of services provided by PT BMN-JTSE.
The survey not only focus on the compliance of the Minimum Service Standards (SPM), but also measured the implementation of electronic money transactions (UNIK) used by direct Interview method to toll road users such as company employees, airport passengers, public transport drivers and online transport.
The survey located at the operational office of toll roads, airport, sea port, warehouse, offices (banks, insurance, distributors, Pertamina, self-reliant) and public transport facilities. The survey provides information of toll road user satisfaction from BMN-JTSE toll road services, and will continue to improve the service and know their needs.
