The ±4.3 km long Ujung Pandang Toll Road Section 3 (A.P Pettarani Elevated Toll Road) was built on the national road, hence no land acquisition were required. In accordance with the mutually agreed agreement, PT Makassar Metro Network (MMN) as the Toll Road operator is obliged to restore the condition of the road section to its original condition and maintain and be responsible for restoring the condition of all road damage and road equipment damage in accordance with the agreed technical specifications and conditions. MMN has restored, paved the structure before handing over to the National Road Implementation Agency (BBPJN) of South Sulawesi, carried out at the South Sulawesi BBPJN office.
