COMPANY OVERVIEW

The Development of Strategic Toll Roads

PT Margautama Nusantara plays an important role in accelerating road infrastructure in Indonesia. With better road infrastructure, and ease of access to the distribution of goods and services, the Company aims to contribute in the country’s economy growth.

To meet its goals, the Company continuously develops the road networks by acquiring new strategic and potential toll road routes. Furthermore, the Company will also engage in operational activities in toll services supported by qualified Human Resources and modern technology to improve the Company’s values.

Established in 2007 as a subsidiary of PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk, PT Margautama Nusantara has now become the holding Company for road infrastructure companies. The company started out by developing road in Makassar, to expanding BSD toll road lane, to building Tallo II Bridge in Makassar.

PT Margautama Nusantara currently manages 4 strategic roads, providing service to more than 103 million vehicles, and connecting millions of people through road infrastructure.
